Office Administration /Warehouse Assistant All Rounder Role
The Food Prep Group, located in Svensson Heights, Bundaberg Qld, is seeking an Office Administrator / Warehouse Assistant as an all rounder role Monday to Friday. This role requires a high attention to detail, ability to accurately record data and a degree of manual lifting/handling.
The Role
The successful candidate will combine Office Administration and warehouse duties and occasional customer delivery. This is a full time role and you must be available Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering, transferring phone calls and taking sales orders
- Responding to client enquiries via phone and email
- Managing day to day internet orders and despatch
- Liaising with customers as well as our sales, admin and warehouse teams
- Data entry in MYOB
- Filing
- Maintaining the retail showroom
- Bring picked materials into production for preparation and downpacking
- Unloading and or mixing products according to Specification Sheet.
- Filling, Packaging and Labelling
- General cleaning
- Picking orders among other warehouse functions
- Receival of goods, including unloading, unpacking, and restocking warehouse
- Stocktaking
- Deliver products to customers as per invoice requirements as required
- To undertake all duties in a safe responsible and courteous manner
- Practice safe and correct manual handling
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
- Must have a current clean driver’s license
- MYOB experience an advantage.
- Wordpress experience an advantage.
- Forklift license an advantage
- Previous experience and understanding of warehouse and administration an advantage
- Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Accurate attention to detail
- Ability to accurately record data and understand written instructions
- Must be physically fit - (up to 20kgs, with occasional 25kg) required
- Good communication skills
