The Position:
Stellar Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced full - timeOffice Administrator. to join our client in their Goulburn Office , on a Monday to Friday 38 hour basis.
As an Office Administrator you will play an integral part in the smooth operation of the office, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office management. Our Client is a global leader in transport and logistics with an impressive portfolio of projects across the world.
Your typical day:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain a filing system, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or in a relevant role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High School Certificate: additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary will be a plus however not required.
