Britt Plumbing & Earthmoving are based in the beautiful coastal suburb of Redhead and specialise in plumbing maintenance, residential, industrial and commercial projects.
Due to our continuing growth we are recruiting for a part time Office Administrator who will be responsible for assisting the Director in ensuring all office activities are completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Ideally, previous experience within a trade background would be preferred but not essential.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has the experience & knowledge with the following list of prerequisites:
- Be responsible foe scheduling jobs
- Conduct all accounts payable & receivable duties & invoicing
- Have excellent customer service skills and phone manner to communicate with clients
- Conduct all payroll, superannuation, PAYG & GST obligations using XERO and communicate with our accountants for BAS
- Stive to produce high quality work in an appropriate timeframes
Initially we are looking for someone for one day per week or 2 half days to fulfill the administrative tasks.
