Urgently hiring Mandarin Speaking Office Administrator

AGC Interior is design and construction company that works on residential and commercial project.

We are currently in search of an experienced administrator that is able to take on an all rounder role in the office.

This involves:

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • General office management receiving deliveries , maintenance of coffee machine, replenishing office necessities
  • Possibly checking messages on company social media accounts
  • Providing administration support to the rest of the team - such as finding suppliers, ordering supplies, picking up supplies - and a variety of errands associated with the design and construction team work

Need to be proficient in:

  • Must be able to speak Mandarin

The role does require proficiency in speaking Mandarin as our core team are mandarin speakers.

Most importantly we are looking for someone who has a bright and cheerful demeanour, and is eager to help in every aspect of the office environment and assist our team in any way necessary. We hope to have someone who is ambitious and always looking to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Expected Start Date: asap

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Office administration: 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Required)

Work Location: In person
