About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and confident Office Administrator to join the team. As the first point of contact, you will manage the front desk, ensuring that each day runs smoothly and efficiently. This flexible role is offered on a full-time basis, or part-time across five days.
Duties
- First point of contact for all visitors to the office
- General administration duties including answering phones, providing advice and directing calls
- Monitor and maintain stock levels in warehouse
- Coordinating pick-ups and deliveries
- Process purchase orders, stock transfers and job dockets
- Assist Sales Team with correspondence and administration
Skills & Experience
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Outstanding time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative under limited supervision
- Intermediate MS Office skills
