Our Clothiers visit busy executives at their convenience to provide them with quality attire. We are a vertically integrated group covering the entire product lifecycle from the weaving of fabrics, manufacture of clothing and the retail to clients. Qualifications & experience
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Proactive and independent - able to work alone
- Good attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Minimum of Pass Grade in Year 10 English or equivalent
- Minimum of Pass Grade in Year 10 Maths or equivalent
Tasks & responsibilities
- Unpack deliveries and update order system records
- Process remakes, credit notes and refunds
- Local order processing - stationery, shoes, hangers, bags etc.
- Deal with client and internal sales queries
- Organise couriers to deliver clothing to clients
- Occasional drop off of clothing in person with clients
- Basic IT duties (liaise with help desk)
- Liaise with Accounts department (e.g. petty cash, review credit card statements, invoices)
- Liaise with HR (e.g absence reporting, Health & Safety)
- First Aider and Fire Warden
- Ad hoc duties as required
