About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanour, a warm, engaging personality, and exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing them to flourish as our valued patients' primary point of contact.
Your role extends beyond a warm welcome; you will be entrusted with the seamless orchestration of daily practice operations. From skillfully managing telephone and bookings to ensuring impeccable infection control, your responsibilities will encompass administrative duties and the occasional help sterilising instruments. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Director, contributing to our practice's thriving environment.
Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months of dental experience (assisting or reception) - please do not apply unless you meet this minimum criteria.

Skills and Experience
For this role, the following skills and attributes are essential:
- A positive, polished, and professional demeanor
- Impeccable personal presentation and articulate communication
- Proficiency in IT, including the use of our practice management software (training will be provided)
- Prior experience with EXACT patient management software is preferred, but not essential.
- A self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Remarkable organisational abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to prioritise tasks, work autonomously, and thrive within a collaborative team
- Must have a minimum of 12 months of dental experience
