Blocked Plumbing Services is your local trusted plumber based on the Central Coast. We are looking for a confident Office Administrator / Customer Service agent to support our busy business.
This role will be reporting into the Manager and the office is based in the Tumbi Umbi business area. The role will be overseeing the office operations and managing our plumbers busy schedules.
As the Office Assistant, your duties will include:
- Scheduling jobs.
- Managing all bookings with clients, including subcontractors.
- Writing quotes, invoices and all other project adhoc tasks.
- Answering the telephone system.
- Ensuring the plumber's schedules run smoothly.
- Inbox management.
- Client mangement, including conflict resolution.
- Weekly accounts reporting.
- Following up on outstanding invoices.
- Paying invoices.
- Fleet management.
- Organising staff events.
- Various accounts duties
- All other PA duties requested by the Director and Manager.
To be considered for this role, you must hold the following:
- Aroflo (or similar) experience is ideal but not neccassary
- Demonstrated experience for a minimum of 1 year or in a similar fast paced role.
- Must have conflict management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work their own as well in a team.
- The ability to multi-task and think fast, this job requires someone to have a sense of urgency.
- Must have intermediate Word, Excel and accounting software.
