Senior Administrator and Support Officer - Disability Services
Part Time - 24 hours a week
Peckys Disability Services (Peckys) has been operating in the local Blacktown area since 1981, providing quality support and services including day programs, accommodation support and weekend recreation services for more than 200 clients.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate person to join our team 24 hours a week based in Plumpton NSW.
The position hours are flexible and can be worked over 3,4 or 5 days a week.
The Senior Administration and Support Officer is primarily responsible for providing high quality day-to-day administrative services to support the work of the CEO and Operations Manager to achieve the strategic and business objectives
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide administration support and assistance to the CEO and Operations Manager including project responsibilities.
- Maintain efficient and up-to-date administrative systems.
- Undertake general administrational duties including minute writing and taking, preparing reports, spread sheets and creating files.
- Liaise with stakeholders and action requests to coordinate communication and proactively ensure responses meet deadlines
- Contribute to a range of projects where required, to support the achievement of organisation level strategic and operational objectives
Essential Selection Criteria:
- Relevant qualifications.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a diverse and busy environment.
- Knowledge of business processes and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
- Current NSW Driver’s License.
