Office Administrator For Textiles Importer/Wholesaler, Fulltime $60K Pa

We are an established textiles importer and wholesaler for the hospitality industry looking for an Office Administrator who is motivated and able to be directed as well as work independently. The ideal candidate is responsible, reliable, organised, able to problem solve, good with numbers and has a clear customer service voice for phone calls. We are a small company who are looking to train and grow with the right person.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Basic book-keeping (Invoicing and expenses on MYOB)
Liasing with warehouse team - Preparing shipping documents for dispatch
Organisational Excel spreadsheet management (Google Docs/ Microsoft Office/Dropbox)
