Working in a highly creative space this leading international entertainment company requires you to manage their front of house and support with operations and facilities processes in their Sydney HQ.
Whilst some may feel that ‘creative’ conjures up ‘laid back & relaxed’ this environment is the complete opposite! They’re driven, motivated to achieve outcomes and work in an often frenetic environment with a lot of moving parts – you’ll need to keep all of the plates spinning and ensure seamless 5 star service is provided to at all times to staff, suppliers and business partners.

Working under the guidance of the incredible Operations & Facilities Manager, you will be the glue that holds all of the teams together and will come alive when establishing yourself as the go-to person.
The day to day
- Be the ‘Director of First Impressions’ and manage the reception desk – greeting guests, answering phones and managing general equerries
- Oversee the booking and coordination of internal meeting rooms, ensuring rooms are tidy and fit for purpose
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries with various couriers and Australia Post
- Support the Operations and Facilities Manager with a vast array of administration and facilities tasks – to ensure the office runs smoothly
- Order and manage the inventory of office and stationery supplies
- Update and maintain internal communications/documents on operational procedures
- Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers (i.e catering etc.)
- Assist with repairs, maintenance issues and servicing of equipment when required
- Work closely with production teams to support them with ad-hoc duties when required
