Knowledge in the following is requirement: -
- MYOB
- Word / Excel / Outlook
- Filing / Scanning / Archiving / Document logging
- Accurate data entry - typing of quotes
- Liase with clients - follow up quotes
- All general office duties and tidying
To be successful in this role you will: -
- Competent computer literacy skills
- Understand the importance of excellent customer service
- Keen to learn
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Work in a team environment and be able to follow instructions
- Friendly and confident phone manner
