AddressHalcyon Knights is seeking a highly organised and adaptable Executive Assistant / HR Officer to support a dynamic state department based in the Adelaide CBD.
This role demands exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage high-volume workflows, handle multiple managers, and work with Directors and EAs from various branches. The department is a frontline support service, requiring a strong people-facing presence and the physical handling of files between floors and branches.
Pay Rate: $45 + Super
Duration: Initial 3 months engagement with a high potential for extension

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage high-volume workflows and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Support multiple managers, Directors, and EAs across various branches.
- Maintain job tracking and reminder sheets manually.
- Oversee HR workflow management, including e-forms, organising interviews, and following up on probity checks.
- Organise memos, stationery, travel arrangements, interviews, police checks, morning teas, and contract renewal pipeline reports.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit punctuality, courtesy, and a high level of organisation.
- Be available to work in the office 5 days a week.
- Previous experience as an EA or HR officer, SA Government experience is desireable
- Previous experience ina fast paced work environment is desreable
- Must have a valid police check or can obtain one
