UGL Industrials have an opportunity for an Office Cleaner to join our site-based maintenance team. This position will be a casual role and will provide coverage for planned leave and short notice leave requirements. Hours of work will potentially vary due to coverage requirements however regular shifts will be provided also to provide continuity.
This role will work across day and afternoon shifts and previous commercial cleaning experience will be highly regarded.
This position is a residential role with no living away from home provisions or facility for non-local employees. Local applicants from the Rockhampton region are strongly encouraged to apply.

To be considered for the role, ideally you will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:
Construction Industry Induction (white / blue card)
Previous commercial cleaning preferred – vacuuming, toilets, showers, kitchenette, mopping etc
Driver’s Licence
Ability to work effectively in a small team
High levels of attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Great time management skills
