GSW Group is a leading souvenirs wholesaler established for over 20 years located in Smithfield NSW 2164. Due to the company expansion, it is looking for a full time Chinese-speaking, administration & book keeper to join their team.
Location: Smithfield NSW 
Roles & Responsibilities
Data entry to ensure that the data is up to date and accurate.
Bookkeeping
chasing overdue payment
Support sales representative and administrative activities.
Receiving, sorting and updating mails, e-mails, documentations
Customer Services
 

Criteria
Excellent spoken Mandarin or Cantonese are preferred
Excellent Communication Skills
A self-starter, self-motivated person who can work independently but also within a team.
Excellent organizational and and time management skills.
