Stickers and Stuff is a locally owned business in our 30th year of operation, supplying Promotional Products to a wide client group. We operate from Stuart Park Mon – Fri, 8.30 – 5pm. Our showroom is an inviting work environment where clients are welcome to view products, gather ideas and discuss their marketing needs.
We are looking to employ a suitable candidate for a Part Time/ Full time position. We are happy to discuss hours that best suit you. We are a small team so finding the right fit is important, we are looking for someone who will enjoy working with us. The job offers variety, involving some desk/computer work, some showroom / client work and some back-office tasks: receiving and dispatching completed orders.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Communicate well with clients via, phone, email and in person.
Follow in house procedures.
Manage the progress of client orders. This will include liaising with our graphic artist to create artwork layouts for clients, providing clients with ideas from our product range and creating quotes.
Receive and organise incoming deliveries for our clients’ orders.
Skills and experience:
Great customer service and or great people skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office
Ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
We provide on the job training. Sales experience would be useful but not essential.
Desirable but not essential:
MYOB & Excel experience.
Local knowledge an advantage
Wages according to skills and experience.
