An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and well presented Junior to join our busy office as the Office Junior/Receptionist. The position is Full-Time, handles a variety of duties and would suit a confident individual who can juggle multiple tasks.
Main accountabilities for this position include:
- Answering calls on a busy switch
- General Reception & Office Jnr Duties
- Emailing Invoices to Customers
- Scan Filing and Photocopying
- Binding of Training Material
- Meeting & Greeting Clients
- Receipt Reconciliation
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Automatic Licence – A MUST!
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi-task
