- Welcoming and registering patients, and updating non-medical information as needed
- Facilitating onboarding, mentoring and management of administration staff
- Ensuring seamless and effective daily functioning of the practice
- Managing billing transactions, reconciling accounts, and handling other financial responsibilities
- Assisting the clinical team in patient recalls and addressing patient inquiries
- Thoroughly and accurately recording messages through various channels (phone, email, in-person) and coordinating with the relevant team members for task completion
- Maintaining adequate stock and proper maintenance of consumables and equipment
- Delivering outstanding customer service, addressing patient concerns
- Collaborating with the clinical team and fellow Receptionists to prioritise patients and ensure timely care
- Performing essential administrative tasks such as restocking, surface cleaning, data entry, and reconciling activities at the beginning and end of each day
- Overseeing the upkeep and cleanliness of the practice
- Demonstrated expertise in a comparable position, particularly within the medical, physiotherapy, or dental industries is highly desirable.
- An individual known for their reliability and adeptness at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
