Our is a leading Medical Specialist clinic who are in the process of hiring for an Office Manager who would be responsible for the supervision of all practice staff. The company has grown significantly in the past 5 years with a large client base and busy practice.
You would be responsible for:
- Liaising with practice doctors
- rostering of adequate personnel
- ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- resolving IT or telecommunications issues as they arise
- carrying out of basic finance functions such as the banking and petty cash reconciliation
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, flexible, proactive, and resourceful and will have previous experience of managing a team in a medical or similar environment.
