  • Position: Permanent, Full Time
  • Salary: $71,128 - $76,272 plus superannuation and salary package
  • Location: Morwell

The Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of it’s kind in Australia. About the Role

The Office Manager position will sit in the Office Support Team and will play a key role supporting the program staff in working with Aboriginal children and families, Government and sector partners to deliver quality services.

This position will be a part of the administration team and broader VACCA Gippsland team, supporting all program areas

About you:

  • Demonstrated commitment and understanding for the values that underpin VACCA’ vision and purpose
  • Qualifications in relevant diploma, degree or equivalent such as Business Administration-
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in administrative roles, including exposure to senior level responsibilities
  • Experience and/or ability to manage other administrative staff and provide leadership and support to the reception roles, including on the job training and mentoring
  • High level organisational skills and time management to manage high workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Effective and culturally appropriate interpersonal skills in all aspects of the role and performance of duties
  • Punctuality and meeting agreed schedules and timelines
  • Requirement: Current COVID-19 vaccination (Including booster dose, as applicable), a Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a valid Victorian Drivers License
