This full-time position (8.30am – 5.30pm) will be responsible for managing and providing an exceptional employee and client experience. With a diverse range of responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our business and the community we serve.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responsible for company human resource management, such as employee onboarding, training and contracts.
- Welcoming clients and visitors to our front desk, ensuring each person who enters it has an unforgettable experience.
- Assisting with various office management tasks, including organising files, managing supplies, merchandise and coordinating appointments.
- Providing settlement support to our real estate agents, ensuring smooth transactions and delighted clients.
- Managing business compliance including CPD requirements and business insurance.
- Assisting clients and trades with signing in and out keys for sales agents and property managers
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in office software and systems to manage administrative tasks
- A positive and proactive attitude with a natural flair for problem-solving
- Real Estate experience (desirable but not essential)
