Office Manager/Receptionist

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of two years' experience in a busy Endocrinologist Specialist Practice. 
• Well presented with a friendly welcoming manner. 
• Strong focus on customer service and patient care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent phone manner
• Accurate data entry skills  
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Experience with Medilink software would be an advantage.                                      

DUTIES INCLUDE

• Front office reception.
• Answering phones and making patient appointments in Medilink
• Taking payments via eftpos and receipting payments                                         
• Sending Claims to Medicare online and receiving payments back  
• Cash handling and end of day balance.
• Calling Telehealth appointments                                     
• Ordering office supplies online
• Requesting patient pathology results                                              
•  Liaising with doctors, hospitals and other practices  
• Some in-patient billing via eclipse (small numbers)
• Day to day office management.
