About the Role
Unlock your potential in this newly created role as the Office & Project Assistant, where you’ll be an engaging presence and ensure high levels of customer service are consistently provided to clients. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the office and support the day-to-day operations of the office and team. If you want to use your administration skills and develop the success of a role, this is the one for you!
Duties
- Welcome and act as a point of contact for all visitors, contractors and team members
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails and mail
- Maintain the boardroom, meeting rooms, kitchen and common areas of the office
- Manage the calendar for all meetings rooms and ensure set up and technology is prepared
- Arrange catering requirements as needed
- Manage office supplies and stationery stock
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, as required
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Maintain office and staffing related documentation, as required
- Arrange internal staff onboarding and offboarding requirements as needed
- Arrange travel bookings as required
- Manage project administration requirements
- KPI tracking of projects
- Provide Marketing administration assistance as required
- Project event support and planning
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in providing reception and administration support services in a busy environment
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Outstanding communication skills, polite, courteous and professional
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills
