Darwin Tug and Line are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a trade background in the marine industry to join our team as an Office Scheduler Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in effectively managing schedules, coordinating tasks and the administrative functions of our office.
Must have the below qualifications / experience:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (excell).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation
Main Responsibilities
- Efficiently Schedule and Co-ordinate jobs, tasks and optimizing resource allocation
- Assistant to Fleet Maintenance Supervisor and Operations Manager
- Clear Communication between 3rd party clients, office and field staff.
- Utilize your technical knowledge of Marine Trades to assist in project planning and problem-solving.
- Collaborate closely with Administration Officer to ensure prompt and accurate invoicing
