About the role
12 Months - Fixed Term Contract
Join our team as an Officer at the Grower Service Centre (GSC)! We're seeking a dedicated individual who values excellence in customer service.
In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in providing exceptional phone support to growers while ensuring accuracy and integrity in grower-related data management. Your responsibilities will include training and mentoring new team members, resolving grower account issues, and maintaining the Grower Master Database with precision.
You will be responsible to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for growers, addressing incoming calls and assisting with all CBH-related transactions.
Manage the Grower Master Database and campaign monitor subscriber list, proactively communicating with growers to rectify any errors in documentation or records.
Oversee LoadNet registration, collaborating with growers to resolve complex registration issues effectively.
Navigate various computer systems including LoadNet, IBIS, CRM, and Payrite with proficiency.
Act as the custodian of the Grower Service Centre and Online workflow inbox, resolving errors efficiently.
Ensure compliance with ATO requirements such as RCTI, ABN, and GST.
Offer support and guidance to casual officers during harvest periods to ensure accurate information dissemination to growers.
Engage in ongoing training to stay abreast of changes in industry practices, grower demands, and seasonal variations.
Handle information confidentially and securely.
Support team call and service standards, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Assist the Company Secretary in maintaining the Share Registry.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in office administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
Demonstrated understanding and respect for growers and their diverse business cultures.
Proficient computer literacy.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of the Western Australian agriculture industry would be beneficial.
