What you'll be doing
Applies an expert level of knowledge and experience in providing evidence based clinical services within the scope of practice. To be a Clinical Leader, in a consultancy role, for oral health therapists across Southern NSW and Murrumbidgee Local Health Districts oral health services.
Selection Criteria
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Oral Health Therapist.
- Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with an understanding of current concepts in clinical practice.
- Competent computer skills and expertise to lead the ongoing development of the electronic oral health record.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing, evaluating and reporting on services and the ability to Lead Quality improvement activities.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously with high level organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
