Southern NSW Local Health District covers a large area of the southern half of NSW. What you'll be doing
Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications and current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (i.e Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Podiatrist) or eligibility for membership with the peak professional association (i.e Social Worker, Dietitian, Speech Pathologist).
- Proven, significant experience in health related research, coupled with extensive experience in the coordination of Clinical Trials.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and management support. Experience in the management of performance and professional development.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills including highly developed negotiation and delegation skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate staff.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with specific Clinical Trials experience including managing databases.
- Expert level understanding and demonstrated compliance with good clinical practice, NSW Health (Australian) Privacy legislation as well as relevant national and international guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering education to health professionals.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted driver’s licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays and overnight stays.
