On-call After Hours CoordinatorWe are seeking a dynamic After Hours Coordinator to join our compassionate team at Reliant Healthcare. As the After Hours Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient after-hours services for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include; managing roster requests, maintaining accurate clinical documentation and responding to medical emergencies with care and expertise.

Ideal candidates will bring;
- Background in support work or a personal connection to the importance of support services.
- Strong communication skills
- A knack for problem-solving, and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases are highly valued
* Additionally, candidates must be willing to obtain necessary certifications, including current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
In this role, you will be the lifeline for our after-hours operations, providing on-call support to our dedicated staff and participants outside of our standard business hours. (Set business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm). Your ability to manage and oversee after-hours care services, develop optimal schedules and adapt to changing needs will be critical to our success.
