On Road Service Technician

We are looking for a qualified and experienced On Road Service Technician to join the team based in Dandenong Victoria on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be hardworking and motivated, customer service focused with a positive can do attitude, the responsibilities will include;

• Maintain our fleet to manufacturer, company and Australian standards.
• Perform regular maintenance, repairs, inspections and field servicing.
• Assist in with other Workshop duties as required.
• Understanding and working effectively within the processes of policies, procedures and systems.
• The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong safety focus.

The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement. In addition to this they will have;

• Qualifications as a mechanic are essential.
• Experience with access machinery and equipment will be viewed favourably.
• Well-developed communication skills.
• Assertiveness, tenacity with a demonstrated sense of urgency, determination, and resilience.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic everchanging environment effectively, with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and be self-motivated.
• Valid Victorian Driver's License.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
