Elecnor Australia has an exciting opportunity for an office based Onboarding Administrator to join the team in a role based in our office in Wagga Wagga, working on a Monday to Friday roster. This would suit a local resident from the Riverina region, noting that this role may be required to work in other regional locations at some points of this project.
Elecnor has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border.
This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW.
Construction of EnergyConnect is underway in various locations across the project area.

Your focus will include:
- Collating forms and information from new starters
- Uploading new starter details into several onboarding and compliance systems
- Performing compliance checks on submitted documents
- Ordering and issuing of PPE for new starters
- Assigning and ensuring completion of new starter inductions
- Monitoring shared mailbox
- Sending new stater emails
- Updating of talent pools
- Uploading and updating documents on share point
- Generation of any required reporting from internal systems
