Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Global IT Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our internal IT infrastructure across all locations, ensuring robust security measures, and providing top-notch technical support to our staff. Your expertise will be crucial in administering our Office 365 environment, provisioning and deploying equipment globally, and conducting regular security audits. MVSI, Managed Verification Services International are a dynamic team of 60+ professionals, spread across more than 12 countries with offices in UK, Malaysia, Australia, the USA, and the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the Office 365 environment, including configuration of security policies and user management.
- Provision, configure, and deploy IT equipment and software across global offices, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Conduct periodic audits of security credentials and access rights to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and IT resources.
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees, providing training and support on IT systems and applications.
- Provide timely and effective support to staff for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting problems with computers, applications, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand IT requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT technology and security to recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure.
- Enhance configuration of OneDrive, Sharepoint and Office365 Systems from a useability and security perspective.
- Proactive management of IT support tools, building an ecosystem of procedures and tooling to assist in the provisioning and management of IT assets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role in a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration, Exchange Online, and IT security best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Windows (10/11) administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide hands-on support for IT issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
