Previous experience is required.

Hours are flexible.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate onboarding for new starters, this will include processing job applications, scheduling interviews, sending new starter packs, issuing inductions, and processing the paperwork on return.
- Booking training and site requisites, this will include booking courses, medicals, DAS, and police clearances.
- Maintain training matrix, this will include monitoring matrix for expiring training, inductions, and requisites.
- Complete and send off mobilisation documents.
- Follow up with site-based personnel to ensure site inductions are completed.
- Follow up with the site admins to ensure site access is granted prior to the schedule start date.
- Offer support and assistance to management and staff as required.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience with Microsoft Office – specifically Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and a keen ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with mobilisation and onboarding
- HR experience and qualifications is a bonus
