The Online Operations Lead is accountable for delivering (and improving) the customer promise for collection and delivery in addition to continually reducing the cost of fulfilling each order.
Here, you will identify trends and opportunities for service improvement and build plans with retail operations to address.
In addition, the Operations Lead will be continually looking for opportunities to improve technology and process and rolling out best practice across the network.
Areas of focus for this role:
Picking Improvement
- Monitor current performance across the network and drive compliance/improvement
- Identify and develop best practice process and roll-out across the network
- Enhance technology to improve picking
- Reduce time (cost) of picking each order
Collection Improvement
- Monitor current collection performance across the network and drive compliance/improvement
- Identify best collection experience and roll-out improvements
- Improve service desk experience
Delivery Improvement
- Monitor current collection performance across the network and drive compliance/improvement
- Negotiate improvement delivery rates with courier
- Enhance the customer delivery proposition
- Reduce delivery cost / order
