What is this new role?
This is a unique opportunity (why is this unique you may ask?), in fact this is the first of its kind in this company, where you will be responsible for the Justice Program implementation, execution and project management within this company.

Some of your duties will include:
- Managing stakeholder relationships
- Building a team of strong leaders
- Attracting new clients and networking and engaging the Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety to partner with this company.
- Manage the execution of the Justice program implementation within this company.
- Day to day operations management
- Overall management and accountability for the Justice Business
- Engaging the Department of Justice and Community Safety
- Client relationship management and ensuring client target numbers are achieved.
- P&L Management and Profitability
- Business Development and Growth
- Operational Execution
