About the Role
As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the online customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop a dedicated customer Care Team, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. This role involves managing their online sales, chat, and inquiry services, as well as overseeing the customer care processes at their head office. You will be instrumental in driving customer loyalty, enhancing brand advocacy, and maintaining their reputation for excellence. A key part of your role will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop strategies for efficient service delivery, and provide insightful data analysis to continually improve our customer care operations.
Skills Required
- Past experience in a similar role, ideally in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
- Experience in handling online customer engagement platforms, with an aptitude for identifying automation and process enhancement opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as needed.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as being a supportive Team Leader.
