ASAP Recruitment are seeking an organised individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant to be based onsite at our Ravenhall Client. This role will see you being responsible for providing quality recruitment services to our client..

Key responsibilities of this position include:

• Recruitment of casual employees including screening, interviewing and reference checking
• Filling client job orders
• Client/Candidate relationship management
• Conducting client visits and on-site inductions as required
• Managing our talent pool
• Administrative duties as required

To be considered for this position you need to have:

• Previous administration and/or customer service and/or sales experience
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Flexibility with hours of work as they may range from 4.30am to 4pm to Monday to Thursday and some weekend work in peak
• Strong attention to detail
• Possess a desire to work within a team environment
• A drivers licence and reliable vehicle is essential as the role will involve travel on a regular basis
• Exposure to recruitment will be looked upon favorably
