"What exactly does a role with Bodycare look like?"
We’re glad you asked!
No two days are ever the same. You will be gifted a part-time or full-time schedule (depending on what you're after), supporting our South East Melbourne based clients, which will see you visiting a wide range of sites, patients and work settings every week. We reject the idea of “break-fix” and believe that we can be more proactive, innovative, and practical about how we manage our patient outcomes. This allows you to use your best practice methods to ultimately ensure that every individual can go to work and return home without experiencing any injuries.
You’ll be expected to be able to:
- Provide early intervention therapy services to address and mitigate potential injuries.
- Conduct thorough workplace assessments.
- Educate and empower workers through tailored training sessions and workshops.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to craft and implement highly effective Injury Prevention strategies using our specialised software.
We also have a newly designed Clinical team to support you as you improve the lives of those individuals on client site. You’ll be provided with the tools of the trade on day one, ongoing mentorship and professional development as well as opportunities to continue this growth journey with the entire Occ Health Group team.
