Are you ready to take the next step in your career and move onsite to provide desktop / technical support to our clients? We are looking for people who are ready to move to Onsite Desktop Technician’s to join our Workspace Services team located onsite within Wellington.
Can you take ownership of technical troubleshooting with a can-do attitude?
With a focus on first touch resolution, you will be someone who really knows their stuff and can take end to end ownership of issue resolution. You will be the representation of Fujitsu on-site!
To thrive in the role, we anticipate you will need to have:
· A clear and confident communication style with the ability to build and develop strong customer relationships.
· Strong Technical knowledge of hardware and peripherals incl laptops, mobile devices, notebooks, workstations desktop PC’s, printers, media and audio-visual equipment BYOD and mobility.
· Sound Knowledge of desktop & software applications incl Operating Systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11), Microsoft 365, Antivirus software and systems.
· Understanding in Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, End-Point Imaging.
· Working knowledge of basic IT infrastructure and network equipment i.e. routers, switches, servers, virtualization, VPN, RSA, Citrix, VMware, Hyper-Converged Infrastructures.
· Knowledge of the ITIL framework and previous use of an Incident Management tool.
· A relevant IT qualification / certification.
These roles are client facing role and we are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and can provide solutions and deliver a high-quality service to a key Fujitsu client within a corporate environment.
