AddressStoddart Group are a leading supplier and installer of products to the residential building industry. A leader in what we do, Stoddart are the often unseen but ever-present backbone of the construction of a new home. This role is part of our Residential Building Products division and works closely with our amazing builders to ensure we’re an efficient and valuable part of their build.
We are looking for an energetic, highly organised and customer focused individual to take on the position of an Operations Coordinator in our Darra, QLD branch. The position will support the operations of the Garage Door Division, delegate works, tasks and duties to our on-site staff and sub-contractors. The successful candidate will be provided with relevant training to enable them to understand our internal systems so they can really sink their teeth into the role and succeed.
Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):
- Liaise directly with customers to schedule bookings, services, and repairs,
- Process orders, quotes, and invoices,
- Confirm deliveries,
- Coordinate Sub-contractors to ensure timely installation for our customers,
- Maintain job details and files accurately,
- Other administration duties as required.
Ideal candidate attributes:
- High level of data entry experience
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- A team player who uses initiative to assist other staff members.
- Excellent rapport building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Able and willing to learn internal systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of using 3-Dimensional software.
- Reliable, effective and efficient in their work.
- Abides by company safety policies and procedures.
