Our client is seeking a Onsite IT Support Analyst to work within their facilities located in Brisbane QLD, Australia.

The Role
Join our dynamic team in Brisbane, where every day brings a new challenge! As part of our global support network, you'll embark on occasional site visits, ensuring seamless IT operations for both our corporate office and remote teams.
This client-facing role thrives on your enterprise-level expertise, where your broad IT support know-how shines. From laptops to printers and mobile devices, you'll handle it all with finesse. But it doesn't stop there – stakeholder management is key, as face-to-face interactions are a must. And let's not forget about vendor management – your knack for overseeing third-party vendors ensures top-notch service delivery every time. Plus, your experience in supporting AV equipment or meeting room facilities will be helpful!

Responsibilities:
- Engage with users to swiftly resolve all desktop support inquiries. From configuring to troubleshooting, repairing, and beyond, you'll be the go-to expert for all desktop-related challenges. Whether it's hardware or software, mobile devices, printers, scanners, or copiers, you'll tackle it all with precision.
- Ensure seamless connectivity by troubleshooting and repairing desktop computers to seamlessly integrate with various systems. You'll also communicate directly with users via phone, email, and remote diagnostics to pinpoint and resolve reported issues.
- Empowered to work independently, you'll follow escalation policies and take ownership of support requests from start to finish. Dive into testing, documentation, and project implementation while meticulously tracking hardware inventory per division policies.
- Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting AV meeting room equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth operations across the board.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting a large organization, providing assistance via the phone and in person.
- Proven skills in a Microsoft Windows desktop environment, specifically Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Advanced analytical and troubleshooting experience in a diverse and busy environment.
- Accepts HSE ownership & accountability.
- Proven experience with supporting, setup, and administering mobile devices such as iPhone and Android operating systems and the use of InTune MDM.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication - both written & oral presentation skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to develop strong customer/client relationships and networks.
