Job SummaryThis role will be an agency managed contingent role based in our Brisbane office for an initial 12 month period.Job DescriptionThe Onsite Support Analyst will provide high quality IT client services related to OnSite IT equipment to the general business computing environments for ConocoPhillips Operations Australia and the Asia Pacific LNG (APLNG) Facility.
This role will share the responsibility for compliance-based activities, Level 1 and 2 client services technology, including supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, Audio Visual Equipment, and work as a liaison with our 3rd party IT vendors as required.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a contributor within the Global capability of On-Site support.
The Onsite Support Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Carry out day-to-day operational and technical support for the laptops, desktops, multi-function devices, smart phones, and audio-visual infrastructure primarily in Brisbane and periodically at the APLNG facility.
Ensure that all compliance activity requirements are conducted, and compliance is always at a high level.
Ensure computing infrastructure is deployed to corporate standards.
Actively use ServiceNow to fulfill customer requests in a timely manner.
Adopt an agile approach to the management of work and projects.
You will be an experienced Onsite Support Analyst, bringing to the role:
Experience supporting a large organization, providing assistance via the phone and in person.
Proven skills in a Microsoft Windows desktop environment, specifically Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
Advanced analytical and troubleshooting experience in a diverse and busy environment.
Accepts HSE ownership & accountability.
Proven experience with supporting, setup, and administering mobile devices such as iPhone and Android operating systems and the use of inTune MDM.
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication – both written & oral presentation skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, both independently and as part of a team.
Able to develop strong customer/client relationships and networks.
Sound technical knowledge of Teams Meeting Rooms and associated Audio Visual interfaces.
Preferred experience in vendor management related to Service Calls.
Demonstrated experience in similar role in Energy / Mining / Resource Sector environment.
