We require a new Property Manager/Building Manager to work onsite an iconic, luxury building in West End. This person will play a pinnacle role within a team of 3, ensuring the smooth running of the rental portfolio and building. The role will encompass a wide variety of tasks; administrative and customer service based, in addition to all associated tasks involved in an end to end Property Management position. Key tasks include:-
- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 180 luxury apartments alongside another Senior Property Manager and Concierge Manager
- Attend to relevant Building Management duties, including liaising with Contractors and the Body Corporate Committee
- Ensure the building is always kept in pristine condition, managing and engaging the services of tradespeople
- Use of Property Me software
- NO Trust Accounting required
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Senior Residential Portfolio Property Manager/Onsite Property Manager
- Must have a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Full Real Estate License
