We’re looking for a talented and experienced On-site Technician to join the team here at Pro AV Solutions (QLD), working at one of our prestigious customer locations in the Brisbane CBD.
If you’ve got experience as a Corporate Concierge, Venue Technician or AV/IT professional, then you could be exactly what we’re looking for.
The Opportunity
The role will focus on technology support in the corporate business meeting and conferencing environments, and providing system operational and technical advice/assistance in the following key areas:
- Providing first level on-site operational support to meeting rooms and additional nominated
- Organise and assist the customer with their AV and IT set-up within the client meeting
- Ensure a smooth and seamless AV experience during the use of the meeting room facilities.
- Provide high-quality user and technical support for the audio-visual, video conference and unified communication tools.
- Log and follow up client helpdesk calls and escalate service matters as required within the broader support team and
- Ensure all meeting spaces and equipment is regularly checked, maintained, serviced and operational.
- Provide user operational training as required.
About You
You will be responsible for managing workplace meetings and conferencing technology experiences for one of our premium corporate customers. To succeed in this role, you must be highly motivated, with a passion for providing a great customer service experience.

- Able to develop positive relationships within the business, our vendor partners, and our customers.

Along with the following highly desirable attributes (Although not essential)
- Experience in an Audio-visual support-style of role, preferably in a corporate or events space
- A competent level of basic computer, IT and AV skills.
- Experience desirable with Videoconferencing platforms such as Cisco, or Microsoft Teams.
- Familiar with a servicing platform such as ServiceNow or Autotask.
