About the role
As Service Delivery Technician, you will be part of the ICT Service Delivery team and play a vital role in enabling the delivery of ICT services including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Identify and interpret ICT requirements across the council and apply contemporary solutions through ICT systems, software, and infrastructure
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and maturity development of service desk systems, processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, deliver new innovations, and increase collaboration across the business
- Software and hardware asset management and control
- Plan, manage and deliver ICT projects

About you
To be successful in this role you will be a problem solver with excellent customer service skills along with:
- An excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related discipline or be pursuing/and or substantial proven experience to carry out the role
- High level knowledge in ITIL principles, service level agreements and ICT infrastructure support and design
- Service management experience
- Ability to research and analyse complex issues and support the development of resolution strategies and advice

This is a permanent, fulltime, Level 6 position with a salary commencing at $100,533 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
