They are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced OSHC Coordinator to manage the service, lead a dedicated team, and foster strong relationships within the school community. You will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and delivery of the service, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all stakeholders. Your role will involve adhering to policies and statutory requirements, promoting diversity, and maintaining confidentiality. This position offers a welcoming, friendly, and supportive environment, with a team that is 100% focused on providing the highest quality of care to the children in OSHC Program.What's On Offer:$50ph + Educational Leader Allowance $88.60 + Broken Shift Allowance $95 + Superannuation30 hours per week (School term) Between 7:00am- 9:00am and 2:00 - 6:00pm38 hours per week during Vacation CareThe flexibility during the day to pursue other interests between (9am-2pm)Free onsite parking or a quick 7-minute walk from the train stationKey Responsibilities:Inclusion in educators' ratio and children's supervisionDelivery of quality care and children's programsStaff management and leadershipBuilding partnerships with families and communitiesGeneral administration functionsAdditional duties as required by the ManagerEssential Requirements:Bachelors degree in early childhood education/Diploma in OOSH or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of supervisory experienceFirst Aid Certificate, including anaphylaxis and emergency asthma managementIn-depth knowledge of Childcare Quality StandardsPolice Check & WWCCRelevant Child Protection QualificationAbility to interact with and support children and their families positively, sensitively, and respectfully.Highly developed observation and reporting skills.Knowledge and experience using QuikkidsFully vaccinated against Covid-19Workpac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
