The Aged, General Medicine & Subacute Division is seeking an enthusiastic senior health leader to join the team as the Operational Performance & Redesign Manager. This role will work in partnership with the Divisional Director to achieve key improvement initiatives as outlined in the Operations Directorate and Divisional Business Plans.
The Operational Performance and Redesign Manager will lead, implement and evaluate process and system focused improvement strategies to maximise patient access, safety, operational efficiency and experience across the business unit.
Key focus areas of this role will include supporting major divisional improvement projects, leading service reviews and supporting the achievement of key performance indicators.
To be Successful in this Role you
- Eligible for registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse or allied health professional
- Extensive clinical and management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Improvement and redesign experience
