We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.In this position, you will be accountable for achieving excellence in food service delivery and drive performance through participating in the development and implementation of annual operational plans. As the Coordinator Food Services you will enable your team through effective communication, clear direction and the allocation of well maintained functional equipment and other appropriate resources. You will adhere to budgets and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to meet service delivery targets.Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the compliance with the NGH Food Safety Program, standards and legislation, and ensure compliance for annual audit.
- Conduct regular inspections, assessments and audits of areas to monitor that standards and procedures are met.
- Achieve business outcomes through innovative approaches to maximise customer satisfaction, quality and financial integrity of all operations.
