We are currently seeking a tech-savvy Operations Officer to join our team and support our HR and Training functions.. Working closely with the HR Manager and National Training Manager, to provide essential support in various areas, including administrative, technical support, and more.
Your attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask will be essential in fulfilling these responsibilities. The below skills collectively contribute to the ability of an Operations Administrator to oversee and optimize the day-to-day functioning of Civium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Oversee the off-boarding process, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
- Assist National Training Manager with the LMS training platform, including content upload and scheduling.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Set up laptops and other necessary equipment for new hires.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR/Training -related systems and tools.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Support development of HR/Training policies and procedures.
- Compiling training material for portal.
About you
You must have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role or exceptional administration skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft skills.
- Strong technical skills, particularly with HRIS systems, LMS platforms, and IT equipment setup.
- Exceptional time management, organisational and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organised and agile.
- Results and deadline driven.
- Experience in the use and administration of Learning Management Systems ( desirable)
- Qualifications in Business Administration, HR, or a related field are preferred.
