Are you a seasoned professional with a meticulous eye for detail and a fervour for ensuring the smooth administration of contracts and tenders? We are actively seeking an exceptionally organised and motivated Contracts & Tender Administrator to join our dynamic team.

ABOUT US:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibilities of the role include managing downstream contracts and contributing to the integration of Stage 2A project deployment within our Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.

- Correspondence Drafting:

  • Draft, prepare, and execute internal and external correspondence on contractual matters, specifically for Stage 2A and LPRDE projects.

-Maintain Contract Documentation:

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all contract-related documents, including correspondences, Variation Orders (VO), compliance records, etc.

-Contract Variations and Modification Orders:

  • Assist in the administration of contract variations and modification orders.

-Prepare and Compile Documentation:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation including Terms & Conditions, returnable schedules, Invitations to Tender, Request for Quotation, etc.

-Evaluation of Value-for-Money:

  • Assess and analyse value-for-money aspects, preparing detailed reports to aid decision-making processes.

-Liaison with Bidders:

  • Communicate effectively with potential bidders to facilitate adequate submission of tender documentation.

-Internal Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear and concise communication of tender-related information.

-Support Execution Process:

  • Assist in the execution process for all contractual documentation to ensure smooth project implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in contract administration and/or procurement.
  • Experience in the railway, infrastructure construction, engineering or similar industry is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in Project Delivery and/or O&M environment will be highly considered.
  • Prior experience in contract coordination/administration in Public Private Partnership (PPP) / Government Contract is highly considered. 

SKILLS:

  • Solid understanding of procurement and contract administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders clearly and effectively in English.
  • Proactive with excellent prioritisation and deadline management abilities.
  • Adaptability to changes in the business environment.
  • Strong ethical values.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Due to the nature of the role, CMET’s selection process will include a National Police background check and requirements for a driver's license and Right to Work check to ensure the safety of all.
