Manage SMR back-office deliverables and Compliance. Manage business improvement processes and projects.
Manage SDC team deliverables, manager roster, batch, digital rostering and employee payment as well as invoicing processes. Key conduit between Operations and Finance Teams. Manage the compliance outcomes and ensure business improvements processes are developed and implemented to ensure continuous improvement in business outcomes.
